Ed, yes you are correct. 1/4" 16 acme. Just changed the bill of materials.

Jason, this Youmagine posting is for a newer XL upgrade than the one posted on the link you listed. Unfortunately we have as of yet been able to get the instructions posted for the newer iteration. I changed this Youmagine post name to reflect the same product title as our online store. The instruction set for this Youmagine post should be live later this week. Thank you.

So the 1405 XL upgrade shown here looks quite a bit different than what's shown in this official help doc:
