Made it - Thanks! Excellent use of geometry as I thought a single axis would twist but none! Drilled a 5/16 hole to mount - perfect! Powerspec 3d Pro using ABS: infill 20%, 1 shell, .25 layer hgt, 65 feed, 90 travel, 230 extruder temp and heated glass (mirror) plate using raft and clear tape adhesive (rub invisible tape adhesive off on heated plate) instead of glue stick.
