Designed to clamp to the front right corner of the Printrbot Simple with a self- threading hole. Primarily made for a camera mount, however, may need an additional part to adjust camera angle. Add-on designs coming soon.NOTE: this is a press-fit design. May need to provide some extra force when mounting to the printer for the first time. This model was printed with 1 perimeter, and only 1 solid layer on the top and bottom. Reprinting with 3 perimeters led to a mount that did not fit together well. It is suggested that you print with only one perimeter or adjust your settings for a better fitting part. Alternatively, you can use sandpaper to open up the slots.
Is it possible to upload the .stl for the mirrored version of the clamp so as to put the mount on the front left corner? It would open up many more possibilities. Printed great and a nice snug fit.

Cheers.

How long of a threaded rod would you use. Also, don't understand how the rod is kept in the hole. Do you simply glue it in with epoxy? I would love to see a good camera mount for my iPhone 6. Do you know of any?

I stand corrected, this works fine with the heated bed. I had assumed it was supposed to be facing the other way, but looking at these pictures made it much clearer. Oops.

This does not work with the heated bed upgrade as there is another M3 screw head that would be in the way. Hopefully someone will post a modified part that does work correctly, or maybe I'll take a crack at it if I find the time.
