Print it out, put on the stock 40mm fan and screw it in using the old screws. Drop-in replacement. I reversed the cooling fan on my E3D and used the new adapter for a blower. It takes 4x 6.5mm dia. magnets to stick it to the existing screws. There is a clip that slip under the hose fitting to keep tension, and the adapter fits on top of that. Just swap it out with your old UBIs hotend, and wire up the 30mm heatsink fan.
