Description

Hi, this is a prototype of brushless motor made from broken old dc brushed motor. I made it from brushed motor that worked at 15000rpm in original. WARNING EXPLOSION This prototype require a metal shield on rotor to prevent explosion or increase the wall of rotor from 1mm to 3-4mm See on video the build and the first test and what happen .. I hope you like it ;) https://youtu.be/yf7VVtywgVw

I think even if you increase the thikness it will explode- this will only protect you from the magnet when it breaks up-the proplem is not in the frame thickness but in the strength of the support for the magnets and the shaft (the bearing adapter) maybe if you print it in ABS or higher strength material it will withstand the forces and be a success, Be carefull friend :) wear googles and good luck , I like the project.
