3d printed rotational flexure bearing. This can be printed without support and allows 60 degrees of motion with PLA+, Even more with different materials. 3 versions are included, a printable one with no support, one that is more compact but requires support and a multimaterial amf if you want to print the splines in a different material than the shell. Technical

Print in one piece without support, Performance PLA can give about 60 degrees of motion but other filament or tuning the settings can give more or less. Inexpensive PLA will not work and will crack. Tested with Polymaker PolyLite and Hatchbox PLA-Pro and both work well.
