The hinges holding the door on the Wanhao Duplicator 4S moves very smooth, perhaps a little too much. As we like to open the door and not having to hold it up while turning our attention to what we are doing inside the printer we designed this print-in-place hinge. It has a certain amount of resistance "built in" since printed all together and so it stays up by itself once the door is fully opened.
