There are metric and SAE STLs, pick the one you like. Use the SCAD if you need more changes.The SCAD here will still make the original Raldrich design - just put "constaint" to 1. I tweaked the smooth rod radius up a little - it was way too tight when I printed it. If you find different results, tweak away at the scad.
