3D printed parts in PLA,, wall and floor thickness 1.6mm, 0.8 nozzle, infill 10 to 20%.
Each level is 0.2mm (I could have done less, but I wanted the parts to be fast to print..... with 0.05, the look will be better, indeed, but the print time will be loooooonnnnnnggggg!!!)
All parts are done without supports.
I try at the end to smooth parts using a heat paint remover gun, it works quite well, you just have to be very careful. Thin parts are not to be traited, it can melt too easily, and the traited parts have to be cooled between to heat sequences, ..... or they will melt......
Check at the round roof, on the top of the "royal chamber", this part is perfect to heat smooth! In the contrary, the hand guards are a pain in the ass to smooth, so I let them "rough".
