Technical

The print and assembly process is fairly straightforward so I've included all instructions in one step. I printed all parts at .15mm layer height, 20% infill and no supports. I printed two "Ball Half.stl", two "Paddle Face.stl" and one each of "Paddle Handle.stl", "Paddle Center.stl" and "Base.stl". Once printed, I glued the two "Paddle Face.stl" to "Paddle Center.stl" using eight small dots of cyanoacrylate glue on the flat side of each of the paddle faces. When the glue dried, I glued the assembly into "Paddle Handle.stl" using two small dots of glue. While waiting for the glue to dry, I glued the two "Ball Half.stl" together using four small dots of glue. And when the completed ball has dried, I glued the ball to the paddle face with a large dot of glue, then glued the paddle handle into the hole in "Base.stl" with two small dots of glue. That's how I printed and assembled Ping Pong Trophy, hope she likes it!
