Parametric Modular Sifter-Bucket-Funnel Assembly

This is a sifter assembly I've created in order to help particle size management for my masters research. In the OpenSCAD file, all of the parameters are parametric to allow for any size of assembly to be designed and printed. I've included multiple STL files of the ideal size I've found for the assembly size(120mm primary ring diameter). The assembly in general includes a bucket(for material collection and isolation), a sifter ring(with printed mesh or purchased), a funnel(for channeling the material during vibration), and a lid for the funnel(to prevent fine particles from leaving the system). The printed sifter ring works and may be printed multiple times and stacked, then rotated in order to create different mesh sizes. In my research I needed to take particles from several mm to several hundred microns. In order to do the micron sized sifting I added metal meshes which worked nicely. I would recommend printing the bucket, funnel, and lid. Then adding in a mesh which fits the needs. Printed meshes work, but require very fine bed leveling in order for consistency.
