If you need to attach two pieces of 25mm extrusion at right angles but offset to each other, this is your part. Could probably work with 20mm simply by scaling. You can adjust the thickness of the attachment plates and the space between them by going into the openscad file. The image is with 5mm plates and 15mm space.
