Agreed whole heatedly. Lots of things to consider, layer height, speed, temperature, cooling, structural stability of the model and plastic properties etc. all effect the ability to print a nice overhang. That's part of what makes printing profiles fun ;)

Nice. I found that seconds per layer is more important than layer height (but of course layer height is quite important also). So if I print each layer in say 1 second it will have great trouble on the overhangs but if each layer takes 3 seconds it's much much better.
