I wanted a round room - so I made some curved walls with integrated doors. I used Devon Jones curved walls, arched doors and floor pieces and glommed them together in Meshmixer. Made some 20', 30' and 40' wide. You will need Devons Door http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:594735/#files
