<p>So, I opened &nbsp;the design in makerware, and the units were in mm and it seemed too small. Will changing the units to cm make it the right size? And will it be big enough for a cased OPO?</p>

i think your measurements are wrong. you put mm instead of cm, so it's too small!!!
