Instructions:you need additional ca.124mm of your Filament. Put it through the holes and connect the upper and the lower part together.Now you need a match or a lighter. Heat up a knife or something similar and put it lightly to the end of the filament stick. repeat it at the other side. this make the stick a little big thicker so it can't slip out.
