Normal stand, allows you to keep the mobile only in horizontal or vertical orientations, but when we stand, sleep, or relaxing in sofa, these orientations doesn't help. This omni directional stand helps you to tilt the mobile and position it according to your need. I am just a beginner, learnt 3D Max and designed this in 2 days.. Hence the lack of professional look, but hope you would enjoy the 360 turning view of your mobile at your desk *Texture has been applied to provide grip in rotation, if the texture doesnt work in 3d printer, a silicon/cloth on the stand would help to hold the grip.

A fast learner can do more. My challenge is, try doing more. Spend more time on designing. Experience will bring you more winning challenges and more friends as you already have.

@Karthika maybe my comment is misleading...you should put things into context. Check out the model that @thatsRight designed and you'll have a much clearer picture.

I'm not doubting that you may be just a beginner and lacking modeling experience, what I'm skeptic about is the fact that your model received, in just 3 days, more likes (uh sorry "favorities") than others that have been on display for more than 2 weeks (and frankly are much more better designed and useful as accessories...but that's my personal opinion).

Unfortunately it' not possible to check out the profiles of those who voted for your design but I wouldn't be surprised if a large part of them signed up on youmagine a couple of days ago just to like (uh sorry again "favorite") your model and then disappear without any further activity...oh and by the way, judging from the pictures and the profiles of people who positively commented on this page they all strangely look of the same ethnicity...but that might be another coincidence...

Be that as it may...my spidey sense for "statistically improbable things" is tingling...

@thatsRight and @Randal_G I am just a beginner to 3D designing. I wanted to try this challenge. So I learnt 3ds max in just two days and did it to my best. I appreciate your comment. Thank you very much.

I double quote the last comment!

Plus...how come there's a printability rating of 4.8 by more than 30 people and not even one single picture in the "printed by" section? Isn't this website about sharing?
