Here is a step file and a footprint of an Ohmite-RA-T2X-51E heatsink that can be used in KiCad. (Based on a datasheet.)
It's 42mm x 25mm planar size, 51mm height, Pins diameter is 2.3mm, with 25.4mm spacing.
