Simply pushes on to the nut.  The design will need to be scaled to fit whatever nut and bolt it is intended for.The proportion of nut to bolt size is consistent on metric (M series) nuts and bolts  so if you measure the nut and scale to fit that, then the bolt will also fit.==2015-07-27: I have uploaded a new STL file to the correct scale!
