Print both parts and use a small screw (or glue) to attach the parts to each other. I used 12mm long screws of 3mm thickness. The QI charger I used is a 6.9cm round puck purchased a while ago from Amazon (http://www.amazon.de/dp/B00FEAGVWM)It is currently available on DealExtreme: http://www.dx.com/p/291589?Utm_rid=99937920&Utm_source=affiliate

Thanks for the feedback! For me it charges the Nexus 6 in about 4 hours. Not as fast as the turbo charger, but quite ok for wireless charging I think. It may be that there is a quality difference between charging pucks. I am waiting for a new order of these chargers, so will test some more once they arrive.

Works very well on my nexus 6. The charging puck works as well although I feel that the power pumping through is small. I am not sure if this is because of the alignment or because of the puck that I got. Nevertheless, the design is fantastic.
