Just print in whatever material and color you fell comfortable putting in your mouth.
I glued the mouthpiece (use non-toxic glue!)
I used a bit of 3mm Ninjaflex as the "string" and glued another bit so the whistle does not slides all the way down in its holder covering the openings.
