<p>Someone else is having a crack, so I'll let them at it. To be honest, finding the time to get this up on the web was a challenge! The freebie CamBam should load the file and generate a DXF of sorts.</p>

Could you instead produce an annotated drawing with pocket depths?

It's not that simple. I don't know how to export pocketing into SVG or DXF.
