This is a mount that fits a standard Taz gantry carriage for the e3D Titan Aero Standard or Mirrored. Depending on the version of Taz or Taz Clone you may not have bed leveling so I added the ability to add an 18mm inductive sensor with this mount. I have included an adapter for the 12mm inductive sensor. This mount is designed to place the nozzle directly in-line with the middle of the mount plate with the standard and mirrored e3D Titan Aero. The inductive mount is offset from the nozzle... (Standard) X-Axis -51.65mm, Y-Axis -11.1mm / (Mirror) X-Axis +51.65mm, Y-Axis -11.1mm. I do recommend a nema 17 motor with a body length <= 40mm. There are also holes in the mount to zip-tie cables in place for a neat and clean assembly. During assembly follow the Lulzbot Aerostruder assembly instruction (Assembly instruction link below). Most of the instructions will work for this design. Do note that the bottom screw for the heat sink fan will not able to be assembled. This missing will not cause an issue with function. I will be posting a video showing the full assembly specific to this model. 1x - e3D Titan Aero Kit 1x - 50mm x 15mm Blower Fan (Voltage based on machine build, Lulzbot is 24v typically) 4x - Heat-Set Insert M3 x 0.5 mm Thread Size, 3.8 mm Installed Length ( https://www.mcmaster.com/#94180a331/=1a6kjfl ) 2x - M3 x 25mm Socket Cap Screws (Fastenal SKU: 39508) 3x - M3 Washer (Fastenal SKU: 40217) 1x - M3 x 6mm Flat Socket Cap Screws (Fastenal SKU: 40921) 1x - M3 x 6mm Socket Cap Screws (Fastenal SKU: 39502) 12mm Inductive Sensor Mount: 2x - Printed 18mm to 12mm Adapter 'malamaker_inductive_adapter_18mmTo12mm.stl' Notes: It is designed to have one adapter on top and one adapter on the bottom of the inductive mount. When the inductive sensor is mounted the nuts on either side will sandwich together to create a tight fitting.
