Print with your Z=0 calibrated as accurate as possible. If you get too much first-layer squishing, the lid may not fit. It was designed for PLA, although given the low profile of the design, you may probably not experience significant shrinkage, even for other materials, if you have a heated bed and leave the object on the bed after printing until it fully cools. You can adjust by +/- 0.02% to fine tune the fit to be more snug or just to sit on the top like a watch glass.
