I made these designs because buying the little custom Lego pieces made by 3rd parties can get pricey. The designs are the British Brodie helmet and the Imperial German Stahlhelm.
Technical
I used PLA at 90% infill. The layers are only 0.1mm to make sanding and painting easier.
You will have to scale this up about 1mm and use supports. The print took about 40 minutes to complete on my Da Vinci Jr. 1.0.
