The grapple lamp was missing a proper shade. I decided to go with a two piece design, allowing for a full x, y, z rotation for the shade position adjustments. The grapple piece holds onto the the lamp arm very firmly, due to the hand being smaller than the arm itself, avoiding the shade to slide down.
