Print this with the "spiralize" option turned on. You'd need a fairly well leveled printer because the first layer doesn't have a lot of contact to the heated bed. You might use a bit of hairspray to improve adhesion or print with a brim (although a brim is ugly and hard to remove). I have attached Cura 2.3.0 profiles for the Ultimaker 2+ and the Ultimaker 3.
