Ok I'll have a go tomorrow morning. How does one own a 3d printer but not the capability to edit a step or stl file? :(. A free option to try may be meshmixer?

Not easily done to skp. I have attached multiple versions that many other 3d modeling software can open. Perhaps best to give that a go?

&nbsp;I just made it quickly. I maybe able to make something later. Edited from a txt file. I'll check tomorrow but I haven't done that in a while. I only make single custom designs for work so it isn't too much an issue for custom.

aha, I'm just using sketch up ;p I thought maybe there was some kind of file editor, like makerbot has on thingiverse.com

What program do you have for modelling? Import one of the files I posted extrude cut text. If not I can make you a custom one? Just give me the text. But I need to prob do it at work tomorrow. I only have solid works at home. This was done in solid edge.
