Forgot to post these fiies a few years ago...
3D print with Z-Unlimited [www.rooiejoris.nl/z-unlimited] or any other tall printer.
Use the z-unlimited add-on [www.rooiejoris.nl/z-unlimited]
Print hollow without solid top.
Best is 2 or 3 wide outer walls, maybe 3mm in total.
Maybe print with 110% flow to get better adhesion.
