<p>If you want to further improve your design, how about this:</p><p>If you make the half round part longer so that it goes to the edges the hanger could be printed laying on the side. This would make printing much easier.</p><p>For printing on the side the support holding the half round thing should be changed. The sides could be in an angel so that when printed laying on the side the overhang would be minimized.</p><p>Then I also have a headphone that is 45mm wide,..</p>

<p>When I was making the thread, I used 'swept boss' on the bottom screw, and 'swept cut' on top object. The sketch that was used for 'swept cut' is slightly bigger than the one used for 'swept boss'.&nbsp;</p>
