My wife wanted a wider headband than those available as 3D-models, so I designed this one. Printed it in red Ultimaker ABS and in glow in the dark PLA so far. Both seems to work. Glow in the dark is quite cool :-) They might come out a bit differently in shape and strength depending on type of plastic and printing settings. I printed with 100% infill which corresponds to 19 grams of plastic. For ABS I had fans off, platform glued with Tesa Easy Stick and front of printer covered. Rotate model and lay flat to avoid supports.
