I have a number of these lights, which are great, except for their mounts. The helmet mount is especially bad, so I designed this solution in Autocad Inventor. Use the existing screw. The two alignment pins are omitted for simplicity. It works fine without them. If you would like the native CAD file, let me know. PLA or ABS worked fine for me at ~30% density. Enjoy!
