A gnocchi board is... well... a board for making your home made gnocchi look like gnocchi are supposed to. Slice with Cura, 0.8 walls, 0% fill, 0.8-1mm top and bottom.And then:Make your dough - make long thin rolls, cut with a sharp knife to 2.5 cm or 1 inch long gnocchi (or whatever your preferred size). Take one piece and gently put it on the board. Use your thumb and LIGHTLY press into the board and down in a single short movement. Then peel from the upper part and away from the board to get a nice cylinder shape.I know the explanation sucks but there is a lot of tutorials on the web. :)
