The tolerance between the two parts is generous, I dont have the number right in front of me, but I'm sure it's greater than your nozzle diameter. Unless your machine is calibrated poorly/improperly you can definitely print and join the halves.

How big is the "play" in this one? I made the other one on this site but the two parts wont go into each other. Am I doing something wrong? Please help me somebody!
