This is a OpenSCAD drawing that you can use to make any size vent hole grill. By changing the hole diameter in the file you can then generate a .stl file for a grill that will fit over the hole. I have an office cabinet with some audio equipment operating inside and using this drawing I was able to cover the ventilation holes I cut for the small fan and inlet holes to remove the heat generated from the electronic equipment.
