I had purchased a metal grip but it is quite heavy. I just bought my first 3D printer, the main reason being to design & print a grip for the XT10 so it was a pleasant surprise to see your design already. My plans are to make a grip on the left and right. You said you might be designing one. I struggle to use the camera because of constantly touching buttons and not being able to find anywhere for my left hand at all because where you want to hold it with your thumb there are buttons. If you do make the extended grip it will be interesting to compare the designs. Having just designed one simple small item it’s clear just how much time goes into it. I plan using the metal grip as a pattern and hope to make a guard for the exposure compensation dial to stop it being jogged.
