You can scale it using the openscad file. In principle it should be simply changing the cs (chip size) to a smaller size (cs=20 mm currenlty) as i tried to make it fully based on this dimension, but check the created models for consistency. A simple scaling in cura should work as well if not too much, say 0.9 or so...

Awesome idea. However I fear it's too large for many printers. :( But then again, I guess a CNC router has no problem with the larger parts.

Thanks. I just uploaded the one_board.stl. I have not printed it (it has a lot of bridges). If someone does I would be interested how it works. May the printing force be with you.

Really, completely, totally, awesome!!!! This was on my own design todo list, which I never get around to. Really great to see it designed (so nicely in SCAD, too!) I featured your design! :) Thanks a lot for sharing it!
