I designed this for a Husky group that will be marching in an Independence Day parade. It clips on to a 1" strap like what is used on flat leashes or harnesses. Snugly holds a flag with a 5.5mm diameter pole (standard handheld parade flag size). Hasn't been field tested yet... hopefully it works. lol
