Yes, it is. It's good practice to always do that if you have chosen a license that allows for derived works. (no "-ND")

The filament spool holder is for the Ultimaker Original 3D-printer. I have designed it in Creo Parametric 2.0. I can add the Creo file, or is this not what you mean?

The original spool holder of what? Where are the original design files? You only posted the STL export.
