Based on the original filament holder that came with the Ultimaker2. I have made this in three parts as wanted the ability to change the central tube section for my larger reels of filament. Print 2 copies of Part1 and one of the tube. I have included the solid works file so you can modify the length of the tube if required. I will also try and upload a couple other sizes when I draw them.
