Print it (you'll need to change the orientation / rotate, and also use support). I printed with 0.2mm layer height, seems to work! When you stick the fans (both 30mmx30mm) on the support, it is very likely they won't fit very well because the side of one will obstruct the side of the other. I could not make them further apart because otherwise they would be very inefficient. So I sanded these sides so they could fit. You can use only 2 of the four holes for the 3mm screws, it will work.
