I used polycarbonate for printing this shroud. Heated bed full on 107~110°, cover the top, buildtack on table of the printer and you get no warping. https://www.filamentworld.de/shop/filament-3d-drucker/pc-filament-3-mm-schwarz/

Hello , you have print this part in PC using UM2. Can you share with us the setting , i have try many times but ... The design is very great.

The fan shroud can not be printed with PLA because it has to widstand high temperature in printing process. I'm printing parts in polymaker PC-Plus , heated bed on 110° print temperature 270°. This part fits into standard UM2 head equipped with Olsson block or with my own heater blocks.
