*Deutsch unten* This es an easy to build prototype of a face shield. You need: - 3D (fdm) Printer - A4 plastic sheet (e.g. 0.2mm pet foil) Just print the file, then put holes in the plastic (as in template) and push it through the visor frame. Adjust the frame by heating up (warm water) the PLA frame in the front. The distance from the top of the hole closer to the side adjusts the distance from the nose (the further down the closer to the nose) Dies ist eine einfach Version eines Gesichtsschilds. Man braucht: - 3D Drucker (fdm) - Din A4 Plastikfolie (Laminier/Coverfolie 0,2mm) Einfach ausdrucken, dann die Löcher nach Anleitung in die Plastikfolie einbringen und durch den gedruckten Rahmen schieben. Anpassen des Rahmens an Kopfgröße möglich durch Erwärmen des Rahmens in der Front mit warmem Wasser. Die Distanz des Loches A (näher am Rand der Folie) von der Oberkante der Folie regelt den Abstand des Visiers von der Nase. (je größer die Distanz desto näher an der Nase) Den Abstand der Löcher kann man auch weiter nach oben setzen. Die Löcher am besten mit einem Skalpell Cutter als Kreuz einbringen oder mit einem normalen Locher (schwer wg. Abstand der Folie).
