Remember to look for the best perimeter thickness to avoid extra retractions.
If I remember correctly they can be printed with 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm perimeter thickness. I remember using 0.39...
Use some little negative horizontal expansion (something like -0.01 or -0.02) if you want to be sure to be able to fit the tire over the rim. I think I used -0.01 for cheap TPU and -0.02 for cheap PLA.
Both the rims and the tires can be printed and are designed to be printed without supports. Be sure your machine can handle overhangs near 60º correctly, in TPU and PLA if you want a decent result.
