Fix the bracket to the motor using two 5mm cable ties either horizontally or vertically using the two tabs that stick out from the sides. Run your cables through the guide and use two small 3mm cable ties in the two slots to hold it in place. There is a second version (cable guide II.stl) with a single bolt hole that I used to mount on the X-End so the cable loops around to the side.
