The design was taken from thingiverse (I believe the link is here somewhere). If you print it in ABS, you can heat it up a bit and form it to your kid's head.

Would it be possible to put a green false emerald in this tiara ? How do you manage for scaling it with best size for each head ?

Hey, the design is kinda brittle between the diamond and the bottom... any tips? Printed at shell 1.8, fill 50 and speed 50 Cheers!
