We created this cute little articulated elephant last month for our friends in Nante, at IRT Jules Verne (France).
Their city is well known for their giant puppets. The most famous one is a huge robotic elephant, the size of a building.
Since they bought a lot of material from le FabShop, including a ton of MakerBots, our creative director, Samuel N. Bernier designed this little toy to be used as a goodie.
It had a great success, so we decided to share it with you.
Looks really good. This will be my first print. Fingers crossed!

<p>We have printed this several times in our lab and it is one of the best prints! Love the design and the fact that it all prints in one piece. I recommend changing the fill density up to at least 50% to make it more sturdy, but love this print.</p>

<p>Your platform level might be too tight. But yes, you might still have to force the legs to move a little bit. </p>

I've printed this, but how does it articulate? Don't want to force the legs down in case they snap.
