Looks beautiful! Did you measure whether or not the fan cover impairs the fan's airflow? Usually, fans don't like being obstructed in any way - except if the cover geometry is very well thought through (meaning physical simulation done). If you lose too much airflow, your thermal break will not work as intended and the hotend will fail.
