E3d Heatsink and project cooling using a CPAP hose and/or machine

This is version 1.0 of my E3d V5 heatsink and project cooler. Since I have been printing exclusively with PLA, I always have a fan blowing on my project and another to cool the E3d. This is a lot of mass to be throwing around while printing at high speeds. I decided to combine the two and use my old CPAP machine to supply the airflow for this task. This way, I have plenty of cooling capacity and a light weight design.I was recently asked how I handle working with ABS where I don't want to cool the project. My answer was "I don't print with ABS". Of course, now, I am looking at doing a series of prints where I need to print them in ABS... I will be making a design change that should allow this to be used without cooling the project... stay tuned for Version 2.0 for that feature.

Great idea/design! I've got a couple of cpap machines sitting around which could be repurposed for this. Cool beans!
