The larger
Meanwell LRS-450-24 can be used to upgrade Creality 3D printers, but it's roughly 10mm longer than the standard LRS-350-24. After installing this on the Ender 5, the control board could no longer mount in the original spot. To workaround that, this bracket design offsets the board and provides the necessary clearance. It will work with any boards that have the standard form factor including the Creality 1.1.4, 1.1.5, 4.2.2, 4.2.7 and BTT SKR Mini E3 series.
This bracket is designed for and meant to use (5x)
M3x3x5mm Brass Heat Set Inserts. I've enlarged and countersunk the board holes to make press fitting the inserts easier. The smaller holes do not need inserts, they line up with the screw holes in the Ender 5 electronics case.
Version 2 will extend the bracket and make it possible to mount a Raspberry PI near the control board.
